It is EXACTLY 1.1 miles West of the Target/Best Buy mall, and approximately 1/4 mile East of Baychester Avenue in the Bronx. ***FYI***Sandford Boulevard changes to "Pitman Avenue" when crossing the Bronx border, and 11th Avenue changes to "Mundy Lane".
