The Menu Classic Caribbean fare, not so much with a twist – just executed properly, simply, and not over done or over embellished, with a hint of excitement. We cringe at terms like fusion. Just let the food be food.. when we opened this place, we had one definite vision, no boundaries, just some good simple jerk chicken and the freedom to pull from any cuisine and make it our own. We still frequent the markets for the best quality ingredients. The menu changes weekly. We regret that we will not be serving spinach with any of our dishes—Our mesclun salad mix is also “spinach free”
