"Ripe To Tell">
Marg's and Madness

February 22, 2008

Today is National Margarita Day.

So, brush off the snow shoes, kill the huge over coat and
gloves, and warm up at Ripe with our Classic Ripe
Margarita!

Here are the top three reasons for getting over to Ripe, to
down a few Marg’s tonight:

1. Tequila gets you feeling REAL hot inside!

2. Ripe is real close to home, so once you get your Marg
on, order up some more pleasure from our delicioso specials
menu, chill out, then home is only a few minutes away! Or
you can party with us all night--we are here till 1:30am,
Snow or Shine!

3. Tequila gets you feeling real HOT inside!

A truly god Maragrita is served on the rocks, not that
frozen gibberish that gives you brain freeze after the
first sip.

If you score a space at one of the 9 seats in our Margarita
Academy between 5pm and 7:30pm, just ask our Drink
Instructor “Kelly” for the Original Ripe Margarita at Half
Price! Kelly does flavors too!

It may be crappy outside, but its gonna be very Margy at
Ripe tonight.
Grab a ride from your best friend, or even your worst
friend, jut get a ride over to Ripe.

Fish Inna Foil
This dish is the favorite of our fish supplier from the
Fulton Fish Market.
They request it as a special whenever they announce that
they are coming to
the restaurant to eat. We cheerfully oblige, as long as
they give us the pick
of the absolute best Red Snappers to complete the dish!
Supremely Fresh Red Snappers wrapped in a foil pocket and
roasted in the oven in a Light Fish Broth, with Mixed
Vegetables,
Chinese Lie Mue Greens, and Whole Okra.

Drink Special
WEEKEND APHRODESIAC
“Original Ripe Margarita”

BRINGING CREATIVE, CASUAL DINING TO THE DOOR STEPS OF THE
COMMUNITY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE.

The Name- Ripe
The process of ripening intrigued us because it describes a
positive, progressive, boundless, infinite act. – always
working towards a goal.
The sole purpose of a seedling is to come into maturity.

The Menu
Classic Caribbean fare, not so much with a twist – just
executed properly, simply, and not over done or over
embellished, with a hint of excitement. We cringe at terms
like fusion. Just let the food be food.. when we opened
this place, we had one definite vision, no boundaries, just
some good simple jerk chicken and the freedom to pull from
any cuisine and make it our own. We still frequent the
markets for the best quality ingredients. The menu changes
weekly.
