Ripe is open and in full swing tonight with Mojito 101.

There are rumors of some specials being worked on in the
kitchen for the Week-End,
I think we got a glimpse of some Codfish Roti in the making
to pair up with the awesome Curried Shrimp or Goat.
Then I think we caught a wiff of some Red Wine Brown Sauce
reducing every so slowly to go with some protein---
will it be Lamb Shanks?? Short Ribs??......Brown Stew
Fish???.....Anyhoose,
