Yup, all the goodness of a juicy Sreet Gyro, except the mystery meat is replaced with an awesome whole Sautéed Soft Shell Crab, with Cucumbers, Arugula, Tomatoes, and good ol’ Tsatsiki sauce (a creamy cucumber sauce for the non-Greek speaking).
