This dish is the favorite of our fish supplier from the Fulton Fish Market. They request it as a special whenever they announce that they are coming to the restaurant to eat. We cheerfully oblige, as long as they give us the pick
of the absolute best Snappers to complete the dish! Supremely Fresh Snappers roasted in the oven in a Light Fish Broth, with Mixed Vegetables, Chinese Lie Mue Greens, and Whole Okra. 15.95
