The only problem is that although we are really delighted about this year's menu, it's always impossible for us to share it with all who want to be a part of it…..so although we are usually pretty flexible with our reservations, we inevitably end up with a few VERY DISAPPOINTED (angry) patrons who neglected to secure their seat in advance, because they were unaware of the overwhelming response we receive EVERY year for this event!

(Shrimp Peri Peri)

This recipe was taught to me by a South African a few years ago,
and has been a favorite ever since. It boasts a very spicy and tasty sauce
made with Birdseye African Chilies, and is a wonderful accompaniment to Shrimp.
Sautéed Tiger Shrimp finished with an African Chile Pepper Sauce
served with an Herbed Cous Cous

Ripe’s Signature “King Of Jerk” award winning Jerk Rib-Eye Steak.
Marinated for 48 hours, and seared on the grill until succulent and juicy
