You, fortunately, are not without solutions.

Ripe’s Oxtail & Mampi-Bean Stew

Mampi-Beans (our name) resemble a large butter bean, and is very rarely
found in the United States or the Caribbean. It is adored by vegetarians
as a meal in itself, because of its meaty texture.
We Jamaicanized it of course, pairing it up with superior
quality “angus beef” Oxtail, and the result was a marriage made in HEAVEN!

Roasted Caribbean Red Snapper
