It is with great excitement that we bring you Ripe's soon to be famous Slow-Roasted Pork Shank. This ain't your Momma's pork dish. (we love your Mom and everything…) This is one Big-Ass piece of Fall-off-the -Bone Pork Shank steeped in a deep rich Red Wine Brown Sauce, and served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Backyard Bar to Open this Spring
Ripe's Backyard is good for a few things: mingling with Caribbean nationals and tourists, imbibing copious rum drinks and getting your fill of unusual island fare. Do all three real soon when the Backyard Bar Re-opens this Spring.
Enjoy outdoor dining under the stars, and the infamous late night reggae parties. That doesn’t mean you can't start practicing right now, at our year round INDOOR bar!
Red Snappers Soaring to New Heights
The kitchen is in possession of some Red Snappers of the highest quality, just delivered from Newark airport, where they landed on a Continental Airlines flight from the Caribbean shores.
Because of the pristine quality of these gems, we had no choice but to prepare them in the only way we know to best appreciate their freshness; a pan-roast.
Yes we know, Ripe is a pastoral wonderland of uncomplicated, mouthwatering delights, but if you don't get your asss over here early, there is a good chance you may never get to experience just how good a Caribbean Red can be. Simple pleasures are worth travelling great distances!

Our not too often advertised Happy Hour specials are on now and for the rest of the Spring and Summer.
We have specials every night during the week beginning at 5pm till 7pm. This includes most of your Ripe favorites like the Mango Mojito, Rum Punch and your favorite Martini.
Just ask your bartender for the Drink Specials Menu, with a certain sense of purpose and immediately rid yourself of that feeling that something's missing!
